Who we are?

Our journey began with Paul Nicolau, who started with a humble seafood stall in a Romanian market. His passion for fresh, flavourful seafood quickly turned into a national movement, leading to the creation of seafood markets across the country. As demand grew, Paul took his concept to the next level, opening his first restaurant—marking the beginning of a seafood revolution in Romania.

Paul continued to expand his seafood knowledge to people's doorstep introducing the first Sea Food delivery service in Romania named Fish to Door.

Today, Paul’s vision has flourished into a renowned chain of seafood restaurants, with Taverna Racilor and Oyster Bar standing as beloved destinations in the heart of Bucharest. With a dedication to quality and a love for bold flavours, we grill, fry, and craft seafood dishes that capture the essence of the ocean.
