Who we are?
Our journey began with Paul Nicolau, who started with a humble seafood stall in a Romanian market. His passion for fresh, flavourful seafood quickly turned into a national movement, leading to the creation of seafood markets across the country. As demand grew, Paul took his concept to the next level, opening his first restaurant—marking the beginning of a seafood revolution in Romania.

With a dedication to quality and a love for bold flavours, we grill, fry, and craft seafood dishes that capture the essence of the ocean.
